He runs the business side, tracks how each apartment performs and reports back to the owners who trust us with their property. A background in project management that shows in the way everything here is structured: written procedures, clear reporting, nothing left to chance.Douglas — Operations and on the ground. He handles the day-to-day: coordinating stays, getting apartments ready, sorting out the unexpected. He's usually the voice at the other end of the line.Stéphanie — Cleaning and apartment preparation. She gets every apartment ready between stays. "Like new on arrival" isn't a marketing line here: it's her work, and you notice it the moment you walk through the door.What we believeA good stay comes down to the details.
